Fee Structure
Our fees are fair and
competitive.
The Volk Law Firm has low overhead
which allows us to keep our fees reasonable.
Our work philosophy and office space are designed to
increase efficiency and keep overhead low.
We pass our savings directly onto our clients.
Fees for services are
arranged with the client and may be based on a fixed amount or
an hourly charge. All hourly charges are billed with a
detailed statement of the tasks performed. We
believe in "partnering" with our clients to make sure that the
fee structure makes sense, meeting the needs of the client and
the Firm.
Our clients do not pay for long-distance
telephone calls, internal copying charges, travel/parking costs
or standard postage.
